 Non-Refundable Fee Policy

At GD Goenka Healthcare Academy – Sonarpur, Kolkata, we maintain a transparent and strict fee policy to ensure consistency and clarity in the admission process.

Please note that:

All fees paid towards registration, admission, or course enrollment — whether through online or offline means — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes payments made via:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Net banking or UPI services
  • Direct cash or cheque deposits at the center

Once a student confirms enrollment by paying any part of the course fee, such payment will be treated as non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or cancellation.


In Case of Payment Discrepancy

If you suspect or encounter any issue related to:

  • Incorrect amount debited
  • Double transaction
  • Technical errors during fee submission

Please visit the Sonarpur Branch Office in person with the following:

  • Valid payment proof (receipt, SMS, email, or bank statement copy)
  • Government-issued ID proof
  • Enrollment reference/ID (if applicable)

For privacy and verification reasons, no fee dispute will be resolved via phone, email, or third-party communication. Personal verification at the branch is mandatory.
